Who this policy covers

This policy applies to d25works.com and the enquiry and booking journey operated under the name D25 Works. It does not govern third-party sites reached through external links.

Information we collect

When you submit an enquiry or book a call, we may receive your name, company, email address, other contact details you choose to provide, the workflow you describe, booking details and any answers entered in the scheduling form.

Web hosting and security services may also process technical information such as IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, requested pages, spam-prevention signals and essential cookie or session data.

How we use information

• Respond to enquiries and prepare for requested conversations.
• Manage lead follow-up, booking changes and relationship history.
• Assess whether a workflow and D25 Works are a practical fit.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot and improve the website and its forms.
• Meet legal, accounting or security obligations when they apply.

Service providers

We use Webflow for hosting and forms, Google Sheets and Google Apps Script for enquiry records and lead follow-up, Cal.com for scheduling, Cloudflare Turnstile for form security, and Google Analytics and Google Ads for optional website and campaign measurement. Email and calendar providers may also process information. These providers handle information under their own terms and may process or store it outside Canada, including in the United States.

Sharing and selling

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with service providers that help deliver the functions described above, with professional advisers under appropriate confidentiality, or where disclosure is required by law.

Retention

Enquiry and relationship information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for the business relationship, operational records, security and applicable legal obligations. Records no longer needed are deleted or anonymized where practical. Google Analytics user-level and event-level retention is set to 14 months, without resetting user-data retention on new activity; standard aggregated reports may remain available longer.

Security

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information held by D25 Works, or withdraw consent to optional communications. You can allow optional website measurement or choose essential technologies only. Optional measurement remains off until you allow it. Change your choice at any time using “Measurement settings” on the website. A Global Privacy Control signal keeps optional measurement off. Forms and booking continue to work either way. Changing your choice affects future website measurement and future links to the booking page; a booking page already open may retain its earlier choice for up to 30 minutes. Changing your choice does not remove information already sent. Some business records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.

Cookies and measurement

Essential technologies support hosting, forms, security and scheduling. We remember your measurement choice for up to 180 days. A previous saved analytics permission does not automatically authorise the expanded measurement setup. If you allow measurement, Google Analytics helps us understand visits and website actions. Google Ads helps us measure whether advertising leads to enquiries or bookings. These services may process browser and device information, approximate location, measurement identifiers and advertising click identifiers. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, enquiry text or booking identifiers in our website analytics events. Google Analytics cookies are configured with a 180-day lifetime. With measurement allowed, source, medium, campaign label and the first landing page are kept in browser session storage for up to 30 minutes. If you submit an enquiry during that visit, those campaign details accompany the form into our Google Sheets enquiry records. Landing-page details exclude query strings and fragments. With essential-only selected, no current choice, or Global Privacy Control enabled, optional website measurement and campaign attribution remain off. Our measurement setup does not enable remarketing or advertising personalisation. No Meta advertising pixel is installed.

Children

This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
